I highly recom Oje can think that; are we not conscious living beings? But having said that it’s still an incredible transformational book. After reading this book it reveals to me that, that is not the fact. I gravitate toward this genre because that’s how my mind works. We can do that by focusing our conscious attention on who and what we want to be or change and then, through mental rehearsal and consequent experience and repetition rewire our brain to BE what we WANT instead of what we let ourselves unconsciously become.
The other may have been a vegan who rode a bike 50 miles for exercise each night after work, that exercise and the anti-oxidant rich diet washing the toxins away from his system the high fat diet of the other slob would retain the toxic chemicals in the body fat.
But we can think different and live different– and science is proving it!! Read this book, use its ideas in your life, and realize your potential. It’s not a easy reading listening Sometimes too much information, too much anatomy. Neuroscience and magic There are been plenty of great books that take a proven scientific approach to self improvement.
What is deceiving is before you purchase it you might expect a scientific study of the brain, how dispenaz works, and how you change it.

Jan 15, Roslinda rated it it was amazing. The author provides compelling scientific and real-life evidence that proves we can rewire the neural connections in our brain to create the life we want to enjoy.
Now I know why I do what Brzin do, our brain mind body is fascinating. Dr Joe’s point is that we do that almost entirely to the degree that for most of us almost everything we are becomes like that, that we have no conscious control over our own emotions and attitudes and other aspects of being.
I really liked it, and I can easily recommend to someone who is looking for in depth book about biology of wvolve brain and mind. Still, it’s a pretty good book. Why are some people able to “believe themselves” out of terminal diagnosis? These books have changed my life!

The book covers some genuinely useful research on neuroscience and human behaviour, but it’s often warped so badly to match the authors preconceived ideas, it’s hard to know what you can trust.
