Overall an enjoyable read. I love his grasp of combat and the flow of the story lines. Turtledove has been dubbed “The Master of Alternate History”.

There are still enormous enmities between the three super-powers; the United States, the German Reich, and the Soviet Union. The fifth book in this series continues on as before. Refresh and try again.

Obviously, the Russians and Germans are colonizatoon and plotting, and the Chinese are hatching their own plots.
